I just moved to northern Quebec in Canada, which is essentially the Arctic, so there are no f2f meetings or sponsors. I am a new member, attending online meetings, but eventually I will need an online sponsor. Is this a thing? Just wondering, because of my circumstances.

Yup. I am on an email loop via the Recovery Group that sends out a list of available sponsors that can be done online. Just ask your online meeting and they should be able to help.

I use the recovery group some too. I do have a f2f sponsor, but did have two different onlines ones from the recovery group over the last 3 years. I do prefer f2f now that I have found one, but TRG is really a good resource.
