Smile What did you eat today?

I saw this on another board and thought it would be really helpful here. That way we can have a place to get meal ideas. You write about one meal, all meals or even a snack. I'll start.

Lunch: Kale stirfy afterwards mixed berries with sprinkle of homemade granola for snack.

Dinner: Vegetable Soup with Tempeh bacon

Morning snack: apple
Lunch: rice, beans (yummy), manioc dumplings, huge green salad with mango + brazilian dessert (not sure if there's a name for it in english!)
Afternoon snack: Passion fruit iogurt (it has lost of protein)
Evening snack (no dinner here): Baked potato with cheese and a simple side salad + blackberry juice
And now i just had a thick slice of white Minas cheese and am going to bed after a nice shower!

I didn't forget. We just had the same soup for dinner last night so there was no need to post that.

Today for lunch I had a large salad because it was a busy day and I needed to eat.

For dinner we will have shirataki pasta with veggie crumbles and greens.

Lunch- Salad topped with Lightlife veggie "turkey" slices and butternut squash fries.

We are loving the butternut squash but we are going to be lowering carbs for a couple of weeks.

Dinner- Vegetable Soup with Quorn crumbles and homemade chia/flax crackers.

It's been a while since we've been here in. Today was a high carb day.

Lunch- Salad with sprouts topped with pecans and hemps seeds.

Dinner: Gardein Chick'n Scallopini topped with sauteed leeks and mushrooms in Tandoori sauce. Roasted asparagus and roasted new and sweet potatoes. It was so good. I wish I had made more for leftovers. Next time!

No problem Chose. I've finally chosen a blog name and looking into cameras.

I will do yesterday and today.

Yesterday

For dinner we had tofu stirfry with a curry sauce. Toast, earth balance and Walden Farms Raspberry Jam.

Today

Breakfast- Coconut yogurt, peach, 1 tbs hemp seeds, 1 tbs homemade granola and shredded coconut.

Lunch- Salad (ha!), tempeh patties and chia/buckwheat crackers

Dinner- Vegetable soup with Gardein Crumbles. Pumpkin muffins on the side. Low carb/sugar free cookie for dessert.

What I ate today? Here it is:

a) Breakfast - Green tea + bread, butter and brocoli cream
b) Lunch - Cream sauce with dumplings and slice of beef (traditional Czech food, not very light .
c) One banana and one orange between breakfast and lunch.
d) Dinner - probably roasted bread with ham and butter.

I'm not sure if you are aware but you are posting in the vegetarian forum. I deleted your two other posts that included fish.

Pan-wilted baby arugula with garlic
Steamed radish coins lightly drizzled with lemon butter
