It's time for a new week of talking On-Plan! This is the place for South Beach meal plan and food support, encouragement and questions.
Anyone, from any phase (1, 1.5, 2, 3, etc.) can post, and those who are new to 3FC are especially encouraged to do so!
This thread is for questions, sharing advice and strategies, and encouraging each other to stay on plan. It is not for chatting about daily life unrelated to this topic. Members have indicated that they would like to have chatting remain in the Daily Thread, so any posts that are off topic or chatty will be moved by the mods to the Daily.
People in different phases of South Beach post here so it will help everyone if you indicate what phase you're in when you post. Thanks!
While you may certainly find, from time to time, the need to ask for help after going off plan, remember that this thread is about staying on plan. When you share details of off plan foods you've eaten, it can upset, tempt, and otherwise frustrate other members, so please keep these details to a minimum.

Monday Phase 1
B: cup of tomato juice, crustless quiche with swiss, mushrooms and onions
S: almonds and a homemade chai latte (1 cup 2% grass fed milk with strong unsweetened concentrated chai tea)
L: cup of gazpacho; roast beef lettuce roll ups with mayo
S: roasted chick peas, cup of coffee
D: cup of greek yogurt and sauteed zuccini
I don't mind at all, thank you for starting the thread this week.
I have alot of issues I am dealing with, both personally and professionally so I am going to be doing more phase 2 days than usual... makes meal planning that little bit easier.
Rivergirl, sometimes you just do the best you can. You are so committed I know you will jump back on the bandwagon when things calm done.
Yesterday: Trying to do Phase I, but stuck at a workshop all day.
B-veggie omelet, coffee
S-cheesestick
L- burger w/ no bun, some iceberg lettuce (ugh)
S-nuts, celery w/ hummus
D- grilled chicken, broccoli
D- 3- minute cake
Today:
B-veggie omelet, coffee
L- bringing my own salad and deli meat
S- nuts or a cheese stick
D- pulled pork (NS recipe), cole slaw
D- fudgcicle
Wednesday:
B- veggie omelet, coffee
S- cheese stick
L- salad, deli meat
S- PB smoothie? or nuts if I'm still at work
D- TBD: maybe fajitas w/ no tortilla
Thursday:
B: cup of veggie juice; crustless quiche
ugh, my breakfast grossed me out a little bit. Since I made that quiche on Sunday, I don't think I should have eaten it today.
L: a little bit of tofu salad (still with a little tummy upset but getting better)
S: 15 almonds, one brazil nut, chai latte
D: planned off plan
Friday
B: gazpacho, cheese string, 15 almonds and one brazil nut, chai latte
L: not sure - going out but will get something SBD compliant
S: not sure I'll have one
D: not sure! Maybe oven fried zuccini and some form of meat
