Default going to try 28 day engine 2 diet

I have been watching a few documentaries on vegan and reading a lot on veganism. I am going to try the engine 2 28 day diet and was wondering if any vegans can give me some advice. I am 200 pounds over weight and on high blood pressure meds. I would appreciate any and all help I can get.

Thx

Hello! Well I think Engine 2 has a ton of recipes but I'd also check out:
http://blog.fatfreevegan.com
and
http://www.theppk.com/recipes/

I'd say just take it one day at a time and be gentle with yourself. You may slip up but that isn't a big deal.

I eat many of the engine 2 recipes, they are very good. Only thing to keep in mind is some are bland. So don't be afraid to add spices.

I read the China Study and I own Forks over Knives, both big eye openers. Of course there are a LOT of non believers out there but the important thing is what YOU believe! Don't give up!
I already feel a butt load better since dropping animal products, I do slip up here and there but I don't give up. My BP is already way down and I lost about 18 pounds since starting a few months ago. The Fuhrman diet (what I'm doing) is a bit more intense but along the same lines.

whopoopwrasse,
I am a committed vegan.
I have also been a fat out of control food addicted binge eating vegan.
I have given up all processed vegan foods and I do not eat wheat or rice or most grains anymore at this point.
I do not consume sugar.
My life is better in every conceivable way.
