Hi everyone! I literally just came off of a bad emotional eating weekend so I'm going to go by my weight today and not the 278 I was on the 4th of July lol.
Challenge Begin Weight: 278.6 (nude, with clothes it is 279.8)
Challenge Goal Weight: 265.1 (clothed lol)
Challenge End Weight: 263.6 (nude, with clothes it is 264.8)
07/06/2014: Begin Weight: 278.6
07/11/2014: 274.4 (nude, with clothes it is 275.6)
07/18/2014: 272.6 (nude, with clothes it is 275, also note I'm going through PMS ATM)
07/25/2014: 270.8 (nude, with clothes it is 271.6)
08/01/2014: 270.4 (nude, with clothes it is 272.4)
08/08/2014: 267.8 (nude, with clothes it is 268.6)
08/15/2014: 265.2 (nude, with clothes it is 266.6, also note I'm going through PMS ATM)
08/22/2014: 263.6 (nude, with clothes it is 265, I had a rougher week than usual so I'm surprised but very thankful for my weight loss, how did that happen? I expected to post my first gain since the challenge
)
08/29/2014: 260.8 (nude, with clothes it is 262.4, currently fighting a tooth infection & taking antibiotics, just began clindamyacin (sp?) at around 9:30 last night, wish me luck)
09/01/2014: End Weight: 263.6 (nude, with clothes it is 264.8 still sick, stuck pretty close to my calories but gained weight, I think it's water retention, anyhow I met my challenge goal)
