On Saturday the 21st of June, Challenge 4 will begin! Can you believe we are on the 4th challenge of the year? Half-way there, everyone! How do you feel you are doing? I know I’m not where I thought I’d be but I’m trying. Another way of looking at this is that it is now the second half of the year and a fresh start! Keep on going! The summer is always a great time to get exercise in because of the warm weather. Challenge 4 will run all summer until September 21st.
Weigh in days for Challenge 4 will be on Sundays. This is to coincide with the September 21st being a Sunday and when Challenge 4 ends. However, I know that people have their own weigh in days so you can weigh in on or before the Saturday each week.
Challenge 4 is now open for editing in the spreadsheet! Please fill in Column’s A,B & C to start with. I will update D after a couple of days. Then each week enter under the correct date.
I will update Column R each week, so you don’t have to do anything with that one either.
Note on the spreadsheet:
As this is a yearly challenge, the spreadsheet will be used for the entire year. This means that there won't only be one worksheet in the spreadsheet. If you click into the spreadsheet, down below there are different worksheets. They read
Challenge 1 - Completed!, Challenge 2 - Completed!, Challenge 3 - Current Challenge. When you are signing up for this challenge, make sure you add your name to the
Challenge 4 worksheet. The spreadsheet will automatically open up on the Challenge 1 worksheet. (For those who join after the start date, Challenge 4 will be marked “Current Challenge”) This is all just to help my organisational issues
