I'm usually on the weight loss support thread but looking to join an exercise thread because I've begun the ever so popular c 25 k. I'm week 2 but repeated week 1 twice. I'm amazed that I didn't have to stop today and wasn't having my lungs collapse. Once I am half way I'm going to get a proper fitted shoe. The ones I'm wearing are ok and don't hurt but want the exact for me. Hope to learn something on this thread and hopefully in 7 weeks I will have run a 5k full stop xx
