Default Blue Team 2014 Spring Meltdown Chat Thread Week 9 (06/23-06/29)

Hi everyone. Well the weekend is already over and we've already had the longest day of the year. That is so sad to me as it seems we just got winter out the door and now shorter days are coming

Anyway the sun was beautiful today and I got to enjoy a bit of it after work so that was awesome.

Congratulation to everyone who lost today.

Only 5 weeks left...where do you see yourself by then.

I hope to be in control of night snacking, and exercising more. As well as I want to lose about 9 more pounds by then putting me at 15 at least lost.

I'll check in again tomorrow.

Hmm, five weeks? I'd like to be around 145lb by then, and I'd really like to be running ~20 miles per week. I think both of those goals should be tough but achievable.

I'm back. Sorry I couldn't weigh in while i was on vacation. I did gain 5 pounds in the last 10 days. Though we were very active walking trails and hiking mt. beirstadt, I ate breakfast every morning and had bread with my meals instead of avoiding the 'white stuff'. Back on track! In the next weeks, I would like to lose 10 pounds.

It has been an icky week for me. My eating has been off, but I think today is getting better. my goal for the rest of the challenge is to lose 5 or so more pounds.

I know what a pain it can be to move all your stuff. However I hope that here is also a sense of excitement for a new chapter in your life. Have a good trip!

Oh yeah! Excited to share with you guys the results my Inlaws are getting using the Shawn T workout T25. My SIL lost 10 lbs so far, MIL lost 8, My FIL obviously lost some but he's not sure how much yet and my BIL lost 30. This was in about 6-8 weeks I'm guessing. I think I'm going to get it when I have the time and money. Did one workout with my SIL and it's a great workout.
Ok have a great day!
