Ok, so today marks my one week on medifast. Upon starting I weighed exactly 328.0. Today my weight was 319.0. Throughout the week I weighed here and there, and it was never exact. I lost 2.2, then 3.1, and so on... So how funny that today at my one week mark it is again EXACT!
9 lbs. in week one. This is just what I wanted and needed in order to keep myself motivated!
Also, I just got a new shipment I had ordered from Ebay, so I can't wait to mix it up a bit. This first week I did shakes only so I got bored, but it was still doable.
Week 2, here I come!!!!! Woohoo!!!
