Yeah I did some very serious thinking about what hasn't worked for me in the past and what has, and have formulated somewhat of a new plan where I'm trying to be a little more intuitive to my body's needs, as they do differ from time to time. Sometimes I think I'll die if I don't have a sandwich on bread, other times I don't need to eat as much as I feel like I should. I feel like a huge mistake before was trying to regiment myself instead of thinking "what do I feel like I need RIGHT NOW? Can I have it? Etc." Also being much less busy helps.
