How do they make a white -wholegrain bread?? Bleach??
No idea, never heard of it.
Plain low fat yogourt should have two or three ingredients only: skim or 2%milk, active bacterial cultures, and if it's Greek perhaps concentrated milk protein.
Stay away from any plain yogourt with added gelatin, or starch, fruit or sugars of any sort in the ingredient listing. Lactose is a natural milk sugar and will show up on the Nutrition Facts label without being listed on the ingredients separately, but there should be no ADDED sugar in the listing.
They aren't always easy to find - the cheaper plain yogourts will have added starch & gelatins because this is cheaper than real milk (Scumbags!!!
ripping people off, and charging yogourt prices for NON-yogourt ingredients while pretending it's real yogourt)
hope this helps out...
