Beautiful pictures! & inspiring, too. You've done really well maintaining. I guess there's no endpoint at which we can all relax and let go of self-monitoring.

Well you are gorgeous and you have done great to keep the weigh off so long. not many people can do that apparently. Very very few indeed.
So don't give up. Keep choosing good foods. Have a look at the pics you took when you were your maximum height. That should give a bit of a reminder.
I don't think it matters that you don't keep on exercising but if you eat the right foods, you won't put on too much weight. Ie eat lots of vegetables and minimal junk food.
Good luck.

Thank you!!!
I've been feeling really down about the weight gain, even if it is "just a little". But seeing the stories on here have heat me in check. The reality of how easy it is to just stop caring for a while, then have that spiral.

Glad to see you're still around. Deployment has got to be a roller coaster of uncertainty and stress. I'm sure you're handling it well and keeping the family in line.

Good to hear from you! And don't you look adorable in those photos! Maintenance is hard, no doubt about it, but you've done a great job keeping it in a tight range. Bravo!
