Default Smaller Than A Mini Goal
I apologize if this comes across silly.

I've been working hard at the gym to cut down the size of my hips by doing cardio and leg machines. I am extremely pear shaped (large top and 20 on bottom) and always have trouble minimizing that area.

Anyway, I digress.

So I finish my shower after the gym and wrap a towel around myself. And guess what. IT GOES ALL THE WAY AROUND ME, INCLUDING MY HIPS!

It's the small things that keep us motivated, right?!

Sometimes those NSV's drive home that we're getting smaller more than a number on a scale. Congrats!!
