Default Green tea

I have never drank it. And I have just started to. I read it is healthy.

And I also read it might promote fat loss too.

So I will be a living experiment. Let's see if a little green tea makes any difference at all.

I drink a lot of tea, but I prefer the taste of black so I make a big pot with both black and green tea bags. I've never tried to experiment with/without to gauge its effect.

Good luck!

I've heard that it may speed up metabolism and help prevent illness and cancer. However, every article that I have read has suggest 3-7 cups a day for these benefits.

At the very least, its a tasty drink and will help with hydration. Plus, it may help you eat less because it fills your stomach.

Ian, squeeze in some lemon to your green tea to absorb more of the good stuff: http://lifehacker.com/add-lemon-to-g...ink-1531650771

I've been drinking iced green tea for awhile now. It has helped me break my habit of drinking Cherry Coke Zero.

Tea is good. I tried green tea for a while and couldn't get excited about it. Now I drink India spiced tea from Yogi teas and I'm hooked. It's decaff, and it's really spice with lots of cinammon in it. It makes me feel so good.

I drink green tea often. I'm quitting coffee right now so I'm drinking more of it than usual.

I like green tea more than ordinary tea. I've discovered a lemon flavoured green tea that I like. My problem is being bothered to make a cup of tea for myself, so I often end up just drinking water instead.

Well, off to a good start. Down 1.4lbs today. I won't assume that's because of the tea but if I get lower into the 160s then I will propose it has a positive impact. And if I hit the 150s then it's a real dealmaker. So watch this space...

I drink a pot of green tea every morning. I don't know if it has made any difference what comes to my weight loss, but it is filled with loads of good stuff. Plus it replaced my pot of coffee habit, which made me a jittery.

I am not sure Sum. I brew a bag in a little water. And I must have had 5 today. So far it has made me pee and poop more than usual, which is great for me because I tend to retain water (because of eating fish) and can get backed up with poop (because I eat a lot of kimchi).

The big question is whether this will last...

I'm already predicting another loss tomorrow, however.

If I hit the 150s, this sh!t is for real. If not, it' just "healthy".

It sure does that! I never feel constipated when I drink green tea.

Sam's actually has a pretty decent green tea at a very low price. -- My girlfriend, who lived in Japan, she is kind of a tea snob, even she likes it, and buys it herself.
