Height: 5'3"


My weight is hovering around 144/145. I'm trying to eat better. I've mostly been eating carrots, hummus, strawberries, yogurt, and Triscuits but I have discovered that Triscuits are not something I can eat like an I won't be buying them anymore...

I am so tired at the end of the day, there is no way I can workout. My diet is just going to have to do most of the work.
