Default Starting Over... Can't believe I am Here- AGAIN

OK so, I used 3FC, calorie counting and exercise to lose 78 pounds in 2011-2012. I was feeling great, I looked amazing in my wedding dress, and all was well... then... I got preggo with baby #2. I SWORE I was going to continue healthy eating, and be one of those fit people who still go to the gym while pregnant... well... that didn't happen. Not even close. I stopped working out almost immediately, and though I endured 4 months of constant "morning" sickness- I still gained a TON of weight back, and continued to gain afterward. My "baby" is now 16 months old- and I am my heaviest EVER in my life. By last count at the doctors a week or so ago- I am at 318. THREE HUNDRED EIGHTEEN. I've never felt so ashamed, so uncomfortable in my own skin, so scared... I cannot continue this way. I MUST lose this weight... AGAIN. I remember some things I did to lose the weight, so I will likely fall back into those old healthy habits, but I need support- and I remember 3FC being the best support system ever! So... here I am. Just wanted to get that out and say Hi.

Welcome back! I am back again too and I am back heavier than I've been since 2008! It is a scary place to be when you gain weight back and all of your feelings are some of the same things I'm feeling so I suppose they are normal. lol. Hang in there and you know you came to the right place for support!

Blessings,
Annie

Welcome back! You did it once and you can do it again! I am making a reappearance myself (though, I only lost about 30-40 lbs, didn't hit goal).

I am in the same boat... including losing a bunch of weight in 2011 and 2012 for my wedding then after and then gaining it all back, plus some... Only I don't have the excuse of having a baby for my gain! Mine just came from stress-eating everything in the refrigerator over the process of two moves.

We can do this!

Welcome Back!!! I'm a shiny newbie myself so still finding my posting legs... but I wanted to pop in and welcome you just the same. Every step forward is a step forward... I read something really great the other day, maybe it'll help. It's become my new mantra for if/when I fail : "If you stumble, make it part of the dance!"

We are all human, failure is inevitable because we are NOT perfect. As a Mommy to be your job was to become an incubator for the growing bundle of adorableness that was inside of you.. that is AMAZING!!!! Who cares that you gained the weight back, it happens, while that happened.. YOU GREW A HUMAN BEING!!! Be proud in what your body did, and know that you'll get the pre-baby body back, it's all part of the journey.
