12 pounds equals 42,000 calories. You're at 166 pounds. How were you able to cut that much out of your food intake in just 10 days? Basically you're saying you either burned or eliminated 4200 calories a day for 10 days? For me to lose that much in 10 days I would have to saw off some body parts lol.

I can understand how someone who is morbidly obese being able to lose that much in that time, but someone who weighs 166 lbs, I can't understand it.

It is recommended, for long term weight loss success to lose 1 to 2 pounds a week.

So please tell, how did you do it, and even more importantly did it stay off?

I can lose 6" off my waist if I eat a huge amount of pancakes until i burst one night, drink a ton of water, sleep it off, and then in the morning, my stomach is flat again. Poof! Difference of several inches.
I only say this because 12 lbs in 10 days sounds like a serious crash diet of the month as outlined in Cosmo or Woman's Day with a side of natural fluctuations that distort the true number.
Be careful! And be sensible. Make sure you are not simply dehydrating yourself too.
Hopefully I am wrong. Otherwise, congrats on the great kick start.

My resting metabolic rate is 2362 so to create a 4200 deficit every day I'd have to not eat anything plus burn another 1638 calories which is like 4-5 hours of working out at a decent pace.

I don't see how its possible unless I'm missing something?

I don't see that much difference. The second one doesn't even count. It's so easy to make your stomach area look bigger or smaller. It was probably all water weight.

Look at those before and after pictures. Did anyone else take their before picture holding a newspaper? Did anyone else here slump and frown in their before pictures? These are the types of things spammers do in before pictures when trying to sell some magic product.

I was curious because the post sounded like a promo so I searched other posts from Jules2705. All four of them say the exact same thing and promotions were removed from at least one. So for anyone who wanted to know the "secret"... Now you know.

@Earthling

I did the same thing because it was NOT making sense LOL Glad to see I wasn't the only one that thought it was something like that.
