Hello Everyone!!

I am new here and stumbled upon this site when I was doing research on Food Lovers diet. I have been at this weight loss journey for close to 2 years. Had to put it on the back burner when I had a serious car accident and had to re learn how to walk and go through two surgeries .

NOW, I am back and trying to get rid of all this fat I gained from the accident as all I ate was comfort bad for me foods..I hope to make a great amount of friends and learn some tricks and tools you use to help yourself stay on track and kick fats butt!!

Hi. I am brand new to this site, so I'm easing my way into things. I hope you are recovered from your accident. I think you are very brave to jump back in to getting healthy. It is a struggle, but good friends help.
