ChipnDip, I think I want to phase off for that exact reason... LOL not the right one?? Sigh.
I will definitely sit on this and think about it. I'm down on myself because for the last couple of weeks I have been having a 4th package and not even working out to compensate. I'm still losing, but only averaging 2 pounds per week. I know if I were to get back on the horse and follow 100% I'd have better results, but I think I've fallen into a rut thinking that I "need" that extra packet.
I'm in the final week of school now though so my days and nights sitting over a computer will significantly reduce and maybe soon I'll have time to get outside and use my bike (if it EVER warms up here - yeesh) in the evenings instead.
