On Friday the 14th, Challenge 2 will begin! Are we all still hanging in there? Have any of you struggled the last few weeks after festive season? However Challenge 1 went for you, 2 is a fresh start and to commit yourself once again.
Weigh in days for Challenge 2 will be on Sundays. This is to coincide with Easter Sunday when Challenge 2 ends. However, I know that people have their own weigh in days so you can weigh in on or before the Sunday.
Challenge 2 is now open for editing in the spreadsheet! There are more columns on this one. Please fill in Column’s A,B & C to start with. I will update D after a couple of days. Then each week enter under the correct date. I will update Column N each week, so you don’t have to do anything with that one either.
Anyone can join in any time during the year! You’re encouraged to set goals/targets too. You can copy the format below or use your own format. Best of luck.
