Hi everybody! My name is Bethany I just turned 25 and I have been dieting my whole life! I have a wonderful husband and an amazing almost 2 year old! I can not keep up with her anymore and it kills me! My husband is very overweight as. Well and I need to get healthier and lose weight so I don't worry about my family anymore! I currently weigh 355...which is the most I ever have. I have always been really large and after graduating high school it just got crazy bad! This is the start and I am doing it for myself this time! I want to be healthy and I want to be able to do what I want to do for myself! :-) I look forward to talking with all of you! :-)

Hi Bethany! I know what 350 feels like, and it's not good. Good for you for making the decision to get healthy for YOU! You can do it! Next year on the first day of spring, you'll look back and know that this is the day your fabulous journey to getting healthy began! Getting started is one of the hardest things you'll do. Can't wait to see you succeed - and your hubby, too! I'm sure your good habits will rub off on him.

I'm 27 and I started out heavier than you but I just wanted to tell you good luck. Being so heavy makes us feel inferior to everyone around us but you're going to feel amazing! You can do this. Just stay determined.

Hi Bethany! I have a 10 year old and it's not easy keeping up with her, so I do have an idea how you feel. Everything is harder when we are this weight, even daily tasks, at least for me it is. I'm going to sign up for the biggest loser challenge. I did it last year it was a great motivator.
