Unhappy Ideal Protein Diet April 2014

I am on my second day and I feel like I am definitely not doing this right........... I think i am going to switch to drinks for breakfast and snack and the Restricted food at lunch time with a big old salad..... ugh..... i need to get this weight off!!!


Is there anyone out there on it now? beginners? I figured a support group could help me get through the day....

Hang in there! The first few days are rough as your body gets into fat burning mode, ie ketosis. You'll soon feel better.
