citrus burns fat, as it includes L-Carnitin (thats the german name, not quite sure what the english expression is). L-Carnitin transports fat more quickly and helps to convert fat.

I agree with this. I believe if you eat what you really want you will be satisfied longer. I know if I eat what I think I SHOULD eat, I'm still hungry for what I wanted in the first place.

If you want to eat carbs, eating some protein and fat with it will slow the absorption of the carbs, or so I've heard.
