On IP supplements we get the equivalent of 120 mg. the IP video that came out to me recently was saying that this plus the required salt and some of our veggies gives us potassium It also said we generally lose 2000mg a day.

Here is what they said about some IP friendly veggies we should try to include

Spinach (Raw)
1 Cup = 167mg

Swiss Chard
1 Cup Chopped = 961mg

Mushrooms
1 Cup Diced = 416mg

Kale (Raw)
1 Cup = 299mg

Zucchini With Skin
1 Cup = 455mg

Asparagus
1 Cup = 271mg

Sun-Dried Tomatoes – Only 2 servings per week
1 Cup = 1.1g

Brussels Sprouts – Only 2 servings per week
1 Cup = 342mg
