Down 1.8 today. I am now only a pound away from my last low, and where I always seem to get stuck. Hoping I can break the pattern.

Yesterday was a rest day.
Calories in 1600:
Eggs fried in coconut oil
Carrots
Salmon salad with pickles and onions
Snap peas

Hoping I can move my ticker tomorrow! Have a great day!

Hi guys, at a conference for the weekend. I did have 700 calories at lunch because I got a gyro and a pop tart. We're also not having a very healthy dinner. However, it's only today and tomorrow and it hasn't been so bad.

I don't why, but lately I feel like I've been eating too much but I'm not because I do journal. It's not always the best food but looking at the amount it's not bad. I just wonder why I feel this way. Here I go so far for the day......

B: Plain bagel
L: 1/2 cup chicken salad and 1 slice of bread
S: Bagel

For dinner I'll be back to journal but I'm planning on a bag of mixed type vegies.

Excited to get back on track! I had big salads for both lunch and dinner, with oranges for snack in the afternoon, and soymilk with a little coffee after dinner. Already planned my lunch tomorrow, and will probably have a salad for dinner. I'll really try to cut back on eating late.

Diana Sorry you're having a flareup! That does not sound like fun.

I weighed in at 146.2 this morning, so up .6 but oh well! That's still way better then where it was a few weeks ago. Slowly but surely

B: Smoothie and two eggs scrambled
S: 2 coffees with milk, this vegan nut bar thingy that is delicious (from a coffee shop) but is probably like 300 calories, easily. I kind of regret it but it was so tasty.
L: greek yogurt with strawberries and kiwi, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Some baby carrots and some canteloupe.
D: Mixed greens and red pepper salad with chicken breast on top, caesar dressing. A bit of greek yogurt and blueberries for dessert.

I went to a 90 minute hot yoga class today. My knees and ankles are feeling it! But I do love yoga, it's good for the soul.

I hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

It's my work weekend so tooling around in my car, seeing patients. My upper back muscles are sore from weight lifting. I hope its good pain and not poor body mechanics.

1234 cals today and now fighting the evening munchies.

Couldn't do it! Had some salsa, avocado and sardines. Now tea. That brought my cals up to 1605.

158.8 this morning
eggs, sausage, one waffle
salmon/tuna salad over greens and bean salad
dinner at Uno, pizza and beer...yikes

lots of exercise, walked with little dog, raked and cleared the ditch along side our driveway for about 5 hours, feeling it, then did my exercises, said to DH what kind of nut does exercises after working all day...

Diana he just baked it and then put some butter on it, it was good, he baked a regular sweet potato, too, it was a good combo.

best to all, enjoy the rest of your weekend, juicing tomorrow

This new thread feels good. LOL! Like room to stretch out.

Eating on plan but went to the grocery hungry today. I was looking at the "healthy choice, Lean cuisines and smart ones." There were so many to chose from, I got overwhelmed. I had a bunch in my cart (good choices but not plan) and I had forgotten the one item I went in the dang store for. So I got out of the line and went back for it. This opportunity to slow down before I got out the store helped me to see that I was making NON-PLAN CHOICES. I put it all back except one small snack. Got my Plan foods and dog treats and left. Whew, close call. Hungry can be really really tricky. ummph!

Anyway, exercise for 30 minutes using my peddler before work and came home and moved most of my furniture around. House guest made a comment that my place "looked cluttered." He won't be invited back for a while. And I got some spring cleaning done in the process. No more dust puppies hiding under the bed.

Good nite good posters.
