Hi all! My real name is Dianne, but I go by Sassee...cause I am! I have been married to my soul mate for over 10 years now! I have 2 sons..ages 37 and 19. I also have 2 cats..Sammy and Sophie. I have been doing low carb now for almost a year. I have lost 40 ish lbs...but lately I have been cheating alot. Looking forward to meeting everyone!!
I have found my success lies in following the Atkin's approach. I tend to obsess over food if I countccalories or allowances. I also exercise at least three times daily and drink 1/2 my body weight in water daily (up to 100 oz as directed by the doc.)

Hi sassee! I just intro'd myself today as well! I have been doing the lowered carb plan for 3 weeks now and so far so good. Its good to meet others doing the same thing as me.
