Hiya all, I thought I make a special thread for the walkers out there. It can be indoors and outdoors. I am an advid walker,which I walk by doing errands . I walk 3 miles a day and let's all share our walking efforts here. I will make this a monthly progress!!

I will join. About a year ago I was walking 3 miles a day. But I have definitely been a slacker for about 5 months now. I need to be held accountable somewhere! My goal for now will be 2 to 2 1/2 miles 5 days a week for the rest of the month of March and then will progress to 3 miles in April. Thanks for starting the thread!
Since March 10th, am tracking my walking on a fitness log.and tracking miles..Since the 10th,I walked 17 miles!! I would like to see how much walking I do before this year ends...It keeps me motivated!!
I have felt slack that I have not been walking near as much as much as I used to. Usually I do a short walk or longer walk to cool down after a run.
Last walk was on Saturday - 5km in 42 minutes. Goal is to walk it in 40 minutes.
My running and walking pace is close to the same. I prefer walking as its low impact but I don't mind mixing it up.
Haven't been walking much as I would like. Sunday 45 minutes, 4km ( cool down after 30 min run). Today 3.1km (2 miles) 28 minutes. Not feeling as motivated lately, frustrating because I'd really like to walk 14 km this month.
