I'm starting on Saturday. Have you started or tried yet? I love TH, but always thought he could trim time from his workouts by being less chatty between exercises. We'll see how this goes...

mezmerelda - I just ordered it and will start it in April when I am done with my current program (Body Revolution). How are you liking it?

I've done 2/3 of P90X and just finished P90X3...P90X3 is a fun workout! The best part is the fact that it only takes up 30 minutes. I bought a heart rate monitor and in some of the workouts I burn almost 500 calories in just 30 minutes. It's a great program to get fit...if you want to gain a little added lean muscle, P90X would be the better option.

I'm in the second block on P90X3.

If you've done P90X, you'll be surprised at just how different P90X3 is. But it's an effective program that focuses on strength, agility, speed and flexibility- often all in the same workout. Expect a lot of influence from yoga and pilates. For example, in one of the strength videos, you'll be doing bicep curls...on one leg, then you will lean forward into Warrior 3 and do a fly. They pack a lot of work into each 30 minute workout.
