Is it out? I thought I saw that you can pre-order, but it's not officially out yet. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this one. I'll wait until some reviews are in.
I have this and am following the workouts. The workouts are great - they are tough! They are a half hour each and every day you have a different focus.
total body cardio, upper body, lower body, pilates, yoga, cardio, and a workout called "dirty 30". I also got the optional workouts: Barre legs and Abs fix.
The system also comes with a diet plan and colored containers for food.
I couldn't do the diet, for me it wasn't enough food, but I know people who are very happy with the container system.

Reason: need 20 posts and 20 days to post links
HI Sasha, yes its new and supposedly on backorder, but i ordered mine and it came in less than a week!
SUe..yes, the workouts are challenging which i love...i'm only up to day three because i skipped a bunch of days due to a bad s houlder but I'm ready to get back I'm the swing of things......I am not doing the diet...to me it would be a major hassle to keep filling those containers....I'm just trying to eat low carb. basically all the containers do are make sure you eat clean and eat the right portions, although you are allowed treats occasionally ...and of course the program comes with **********. I'm excited about this program because didn't like insanity of P90.....this is definitely more my speed.
I'm finishing up my 1st 21 Day Fit challenge on Sunday. I'm going thru menopause and since on this plan, I feel so...much better! I've decided to do a round 2 starting on Monday. I have lost between 9-10 pounds so far. My menopause depression has subsided and I have so much more energy. I am not a coach or seller of this product. I'm just a happy customer. I eat a well-balanced diet of normal food and don't feel deprived.
I don't have it yet but I think it's a great idea- I like that it teaches portion sizing, I think a lot of people really don't understand portion sizing. I know I don't.

A friend of mine who is a cardiologist said the same thing. The food wasn't enough to properly sustain him, but portion control and understanding the different types of foods the body needs is very helpful.
I have seen the infomercial twice and find it very appealing, even though the Volumetrics WOE I've been following has been working well & I've lost 30 lbs. I wonder if I would be able to do the "tough" workouts as I am in my 60's and have several old injuries that can flare up if I overexert myself. Those of you who are using this method, how are you doing? How would you review the method, the workouts, anything else you can think of ...
Well I simply follow a routine wake up early, workout about 2 hours a day..I am truly punctual to my diet too..I skeptic to my three day diet plans and I mean it...

One of my friends is on day 18 of the program and is following the diet and everything. She was super brave and posted some (bra & undies) before pictures, the after pictures are just three days away and I'm so excited to see her results.
I am on day 11 of the 30DS, but I'm trying to decide between 21 day fix and blogilates for after the shred. I'll report back soon!
I ordered mine this week. I feel off the exersize wagon 2 yrs ago due to a power tripping boss who felt 12 hour days were the norm. anyway. I have no desire to workout for an hour a day anymore. Im over that and want to find time to walk my dog too. Portions have always been a struggle for me. Im italian and we eat and drink wine! lol. I think this is a great way to get control of both components without feeling like it will take over my life. Sure at first it will but once you get used to it I think it will teach me how much is enough and how many times a day i need it,
