Ok, so I know I'm supposed to have 8oz of protein each day...but when I have eggs in any given day how to I count then toward my allowed ounces?

The sheet lists 4 eggs plus 2 egg whites are your 8 oz meat allowance.

In general, we all count each egg as 2 oz of protein.

Also as an "alternate" you can sub one whole egg and two whites for an omelette packet (counts as one unrestricted packet) and still have your 8oz of protein.

I have a hard boiled egg every day at lunch and then have 6 oz (raw weight) at dinner
