Smile I put on my own socks and...

...worked in the garden for three hours! I can't believe it. Just two months ago, I couldn't stand in line at the grocery store because of how bad it made my back feel and my husband always had to pull my socks on. I am half way to my first goal of 260 lbs and couldn't be more thrilled at what great things might happen next. This weight loss means freedom for me! XXOO

Awesome, congrats!

Isn't it amazing all of the things we are "freeing" our spouses from? I think of so many things that my DH did for me out of the goodness and kindness in his heart and never once made reference to my weight as the excuse. Now I go out of my own way to do everything myself because I **can** and I'm so thankful.
