I started eating healthy on January 27th, and I did a juice fast for 5 days, ate veggies for the next 2, and since then I've been doing keto. I weighed myself this morning, and I have lost 24 lbs!! ^___^ I'm so excited and happy. During the process, I realized I have a gluten intolerance. My gut/mid-section area has slimmed a lot, my face/skin has a healthy glow, and.... I have a lot of energy (which is wonderful since I'm a teacher!) Well, here are the before/after pics:
I should've tried to make myself look half-decent in the 'before' pics... but at the time I felt hideous, so I let myself look hideous.
