Yesterday..... February 1
I woke up quite in shock and disbelief that the scale showed me 148.0 lbs! I couldn't believe it. It was nice to see a number staring back that started with 14.... lol
Also, I haven't even been trying....
I'm under a lot of stress right now so I've been maintaining my weight that I lost recently. I guess my body decided to let go of a couple of pounds? I don't know.
I'll take it.... although I should be eating better for my health.

148.5. Oops. I gained 0.5 lbs. I overate the chilli I made last night for the Superbowl. Mind you, I don't really watch the superbowl but I make chilli and snacks for the rest to munch on.... I guess I did a little bit too much munching myself! lol

How is everyone doing?
Where is everyone?

Hello,

Just wondering what you are using to replace LA Lite bars? There are many protein bars on the market and I am guessing a few of them are close to the ones offered by LA Weight loss. I am roughly following the RED plan at this point.

Thank you!

Wow.....
I'm glad to see someone on this thread... it's getting lonely and I'm trying my best to keep it going just incase someone does come by! Please post often. Let us know how you're doing. You don't have to give numbers or anything else that you don't feel comfortable with.

I use the Kashi bars to replace the LA Lite bars. It's worked for me. However, I have to point out that I haven't been using the bars since the new year... I have been substituting 1D and 2S for the bars.
I hope this helps.

Update; I dropped one pound overnight! Yippee!!!
I am now 147.5 lbs. I have been trying to eat healthy and get in all my food groups for the last two days. I mentioned before that I'm under a lot of stress right now and have been eating very poorly. I made the conciencous effort to put my health first again.

My jeans are falling off of me right now. I like the feeling... I have to wear a belt!
I'm in between sizes... you know, the size that isn't made! lol I have to wait to lose a little bit more before I can fit into the next size 'nicely'. I tried on a pair yesterday and, although I could button and zip up, my muffin top was hanging over very badly. Ouch. I need to lose more before I put on those pants!
lol. Or I have to wear a very loose top and risk people asking me if I am pregnant.

I started my two-day juice phase today, very excited! I got the Knudsen's morning blend and luna bars to replace the take off drink and lites.

Looking forward to losing with you!

Hi kgibsoncarr!!
Welcome.... I hope you lose lots on your TO!
What plan are you following? Are you on the coloured plans or the number plans?
Stick to this and it will work! I know it will... you will lose the weight you want quite quickly!

Let us know how much you lost on day one of TO, if you can.

Me....
My weight is the same today. I ate some chips and popcorn last night while helping my son with his project. I think I overate. Oops.

Hi everyone. I did LA about 8 years ago. Need to lose about 40 pounds. I am on the purple plan with no lites. If I want to do the lites do what do I cut out on the purple plan? I heard the luna bars are a good replacement for la lite. Thanks for any help.

I read some where that the luna bars are a good substitution for la lites.

Hey everyone....I'm going to start back with LAWL again on Monday. I did it about 6 years ago after my son was born and was really successful. Baby #4 just turned 1 and I have about 10-15lbs left to lose. I'm going to try tracking things and measuring serving like I did with LAWL. Does any one have the pdf download with all serving size information? My original plan (I'm not sure what color it was) included 2.5 proteins, 3 veggies, 2 fruits, 3 starches, 2 dairy, 2 fats, and 2 lites.
Looking forward to posting some positive results!
