I know we had a discussion of pullups and chinups and how difficult
they are. I still have difficulty doing more then 1 pull up at a time
and can only do a few chin ups. So I bought a pullup assister and it
is so AWESOME! I can really feel it working the lats when I do pull
ups and now I can do several at a time - hoping it will help me make
the transition to doing them on my own.
