It's been a little while since I have posted. I lost ~5 lbs in January. Slow and steady I guess. A little nervous about my weigh in today. Was planning on going to weigh in at WW at 8:30 am, but decided to go to the 10:00 am. (what am I waiting for
)? I didn't excercise as Iwould have liked this week and I'm a bit bummed by that! Anyway enough witht he procrastinating I'm off to WW to see where I am officially. I have been hovering above and below 193 for a few weeks now...getting a little discouraged
