Hope you don't mind that I'm going to go from Valentine's Day to March 20th. We're going on vacation from March 20th to March 31st and, uh, I don't want my weigh in day to be right after I get back from vacation
However, I'm going to push myself to lose more than usual so the goal I have for March 20th is the same goal I would have had for April 1st. Seven pounds may not sound like a ton for this amount of time, but Valentine's Day, my birthday, and my husband's birthday all fall within this time frame, and all those days involve dinner out and cake and stuff!
I usually weigh in on Sundays, but sometimes that varies.
