Hello there! I've been a member for a bit of time now. However, I haven't come on this site in quite a while. Unfortunately, during that time I gained back the weight I lost the last time and gained a bit more.
Last time I started at 170 and got down to about 148. Now I'm at 180. I'd like to get back to where I was.
I'm a calorie counter and exerciser! I'm pretty determined again and I'm getting really tired of doing this to myself! I really want to lose it for good which really honestly means, continuing to count calories and exercise for the rest of my life. Lol.
I know that each time I've been determined to lose weight, this site has always made a huge difference between success and just getting by. So, here I am!
Hi tdiprincess! BACK!!! Yes, maintenance is the hardest part. I've read that somewhere between only 4 - 20% of people who lose weight maintain that loss, so to be truly successful, we need to plan for maintenance also. Like you (and me), most people learn that the hard way. I'm glad you're back, determined, and more knowledgeable this time! Good luck! You can do it!
