Breakfast: Half a vanilla Premier Protein shake with an iced Americano
Lunch: Chocolate Brown Quest Bar, shredded red cabbage with chayote squash and apple cider vinegar
Dinner: Tuna salad with celery, onions. I usually top this on cucumber sliced
Snack: Chocolate Muscle Milk Light

Restarting 1/1/14 after losing 40 lbs and reaching goal in Summer 2012, then gaining it all back. New commitment to IP in 2014 and phasing off properly.
