Tuna snacks! I love tuna snacks. It's a little can of tuna + stuff (spicy thi, lemon pepper, or classic) a tiny tuna shovel, napkin and 5 crackers . They are 2 bucks a box and 160-210 cals depending on the flavor. I keep a stash in my desk for when hungry happens! Also, I am a big fan of Luna Bars. Holy cow they are tasty. Less than 200 cals, a tad high in sugar but I like to have em between work and the gym.

One other thing I used to do all the time was make pre-made trail mix bags. I'd go to bulk barn and buy a variety of nuts and seeds and dried fruit, and portion them out into 200 cal baggies and kept them in the freezer. Handy snack and to toss into lunch bags.
