Default Eating just twice a day

Since I workout early in the morning before work, I'm thinking of splitting my calories for the day between two meals. One right after I workout and before I get to work, and the other right after work when I get home. I'm just curious if anyone else eats just twice a day, and how it works for them.
Nothing tastes as good as being in-shape feels.
