Smile NSV - A year look back!
I made a video to celebrate my last year of weight loss, and the amazing people in my life. It's so weird to see how my face has changed, and how much happier I've looked. Gosh, anyways, everyone enjoy me and the theme song I feel for everyone.

As far getting started, @Mainely, you're at the right place. I have found that when I do not come here is when I have tipped the scales the other way. I just find so much inspiration and like-minded ladies and gents that I can't help but feel motivated. Good luck! You won't need it, cause you're gonna smash it out of the park.
