L: Mushroom soup w/1 cup pureed mushrooms & celery & 1 cup bell peppers, cucumbers and zucchini w/lettuce
D: Scrambled eggs with spinach & mushrooms and Frank's Hot Sauce (gotta kick it up a little!)
