We're trying to do enough exercise to get us around the equator in one year. Exercises that are measurable in miles get logged that way. Other exercise, like aerobics or weight-lifting, are counted as 1 mile for every 20 minutes. Feel free to join in!
If you remember you miles put them in here and then Karen can easily add them back up and make us a new post....Thanks Karen!!

Counting yesterday, I'm at 13.5. (Karen: I was just making a very rough draft of this, so we could keep a running total. It's not nearly as great as you originally had it! Maybe you can restore it to it's former glory!)
Caroline - if your doing something that will equate to 'actual' miles, like walking, jogging, skating, swimming, etc., use that. For other exercise, like aerobics, pilates, weightlifting, kickboxing, etc. - every 20 minutes counts as a mile.
I had 21.5 before the disaster, got in 5.25 on 1/6, and today at work I had major aerobic and strength training workout of an hour plus of wrestling, catching and holding over 100 lambs for vaccinations, whew---it WAS a workout and I think I deserve at least ONE mile for all that!!! I'll exercise later and add that total tonight...Anyhow, adding 21.5 prior miles, 5.25 not previously recorded, and 1 for the lamb-wrestling today at work, for total of 27.75.
Last I remember we were at at least 112 miles (maybe more like 120 something??) before the crash...and there were 16 of us??
