Thank you for letting me know about the ticker. I've never been on a forum before. So far, I'm not doing very well with eating. I just have to get my mind set on my goal.
VirginiaBelle, why don't you join us for the December Weight Loss Challenge: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/chic...challenge.html. It's a wonderfully supportive group who posts there, we welcome newbies with open arms, and it's a fantastic way to stay motivated and accountable. It might help get you on track. There are also lots of other challenge threads under "Chicks Up for Challenge" in Support Groups. Any of them would be a great way to get started.
