STRESS?! I'm about 2 weeks into my very first job, I'm a seasonal sales team member at Toys R Us, working 8-9 hours a day, and while I'm very grateful to have this job, it's got me really stressed out. I've noticed that my clothes are fitting more snug, so I decided that I'd whip out the measuring tape and check up on my measurements, everything is staying the same...except my midsection! it's growing larger. ): I've been eating very little, and doing lots of walking around at my job. Do you think it's possible that it's due to the stress of work? And what should I do to combat this?! It's got me really bummed out.

I'd be more inclined to think that your body is just retaining water for some reason - maybe the meals you've eaten have more sodium in them lately?

With the bloat theory, maybe you are not drinking as much water?
