This past week, was calorie counting, which I lost 26 Lbs..am happy about that!! Now, am switching to low carb, way of eating, since my sugar level is 109 and been told am borderline diabetic..which this is my wake up call on being serious now. My goal on sugar level is to be in the 60s range. I do own a home gluclose kit...which I will monitor on a monthly basis as well when I visit my medical doctor.
I had started Eat fat, Get thin plan, which am keeping my carbs at 60 till I reach my goal weight.
