I didn't quite make goal in October. I had set a goal of 7.4 lbs. and lost 6.6 lbs. which is not too shabby. I was almost there then I gained 0.6 lb. right at the end. I had a URI and had sick grandkids at home so I was complacent about staying on plan. This month I am going to set 5.8 lb.s as my goal which will put me at
