Wish I had joined earlier. I'm restarting my weight loss journey after years of carb creeping put 20 pounds back on me. Id love to finally reach my goal weight, even if I set it 5 years ago. I did drop four pounds the week Ive been back on the wagon (started last Sunday).

I dropped another half pound this morning, although I'm not overly excited, since it just means I've now gotten back to where I started after 10 days...and during those 10 days, I remained on plan the whole time. I know Ian will agree when I say it gets really tough to lose weight when you're close to goal!

I've had a very good week, losses consistently! Big focus on upping the fat, and keeping food to satisfied levels but not eating mindlessly.

Not only did I win the challenge this morning, it's also 20 pounds down!
