Well the first time I lost the weight, I didn't take a healthy approach. The first couple months I was taking phentermine, and then I stopped that and mainly ate only celery and plain cheerios the rest of the time. I was basically starving myself. So I don't think replicating that will do me any good. What I need to do is stop letting other people influence what I eat and tell my friends no when they want to go to a pace that only serves fried foods or to a place I know I won't eat healthy....just gotta get my motivation and willpower!
