Default 50 Lbs Lost! Half Way there!
I have never posted on a forum before so here goes. I started my weight loss journey July 29th. I have been doing medifast. At times it is the hardest thing and at others it seems to be quite easy. As a mom of 4 young kids, I love that I don't have to think to much about my diet and what I am going to eat every day.

I started at 281.4 and in the last 12 weeks have lost 57 lbs. It is amazing how different I feel and how much better about myself I feel. My goal is to loose 100 lbs and see how I feel once I reach 181.

Wow!!! Beautiful! Keep up the good work. My philosophy is "whatever works for you". What I am doing may not work for everyone (Weight Watchers online/no meetings). If Medifast is working for you and you are happy with it...that's great! Keep up the good work and post more pictures as you lose...I find the pictures everyone posts of before and after so inspiring!
